An initial assessment workshop is done with the client and is tailored per deployment. Topics covered includes:

  • Feature adoption, like exception broadcasting, presentations, stories and collaboration
  • Use of self-service, like NLQ and Assisted Insights
  • Custom styling and embedding
  • Technical assessment, performance and efficiency enhancements
  • Knowledge sharing on new Yellowfin features
After the initial assessment, additional workshops and/or projects will be scheduled as per client requirements.
